SAY I DO AND COMMIT TO YOU... Loving and committing to another person is a spiritual process whether that means a wedding or any other type of commitment ceremony. We commit to others but how committed are
we to ourselves.

If you are unhappy with yourself, then it may be time to reassess how you're presenting. Just like beauty starts from within, happiness starts from within. No one can make you feel happy about yourself but it can be cultivated from the inside.

Most women say "I don't have the time". If you want to be happy with your life. You have to be happy with yourself first. The only way to ensure your happiness is facing the woman in the mirror and saying "I Do". Not "I Might". Not "I Will As Soon As..."Not "I Would If Only..." There's no better day than today to start committing to you. Imagine looking & feeling better about you as soon as tomorrow.

When I go to events women often come up to me & feel the need to explain why their image is not up to par. What they fail to realize is, it's not about me or What I think. Appearance Does Matter. If you are committed to yourself then you will take the necessary measures to put forth the best image possible.

I don' have the time is an excuse. Ladies when you utter those words you are setting yourself up for failure. You can be the person you want to be. It all starts with a decision. If you commit to taking the time to present your best everyday you will. If not it could very well mean you don't value yourself.

You see when we take care of ourselves it's a reflection of self-love. You feel you are good enough. You think you deserve it. You know it's for you, when you bring forth your highest & best self.

You owe it to yourself, be selfish & you will be able to give selflessly to others #3 Get Out, Way Out of your own way. You are your biggest obstacle. Most women put up blocks as some kind of comfort zone so they don't have to embrace change. Change is good & if you are not evolving you are not living fill out.

Why not continue to expand personally so you excel professionally. I will bring it back to money because in this economy everyone is talking about how I can make more money. Commit to personal excellence so you stand out from the crowd. You will attract all the success your heart desires.

There are 2 sides to you! The way you are right now. We'll call her side 1. The way you secretly imagine to be. Your dream self. We'll call her side 2. What are you doing to bring out #2? Most women bring her out for special occasions but the fact is every day here on earth is a special occasion so why whole back. Tomorrow is not guaranteed but you can make a pledge for the rest of your life to make the most of what you got every day here on earth.

So this week commit to Perfecting Your Potential?. Go to bed a little earlier so you get your beauty rest. There's a reason they call her Sleeping Beauty.

Most women suffer from The Beautiful Thought Syndrome?. A beautiful mindset goes a long way & if you wish to accelerate manifesting beauty in all areas of your life don't let ugly thoughts in.

Wake up energized & plan your day for success. Meditate, have a moment for prayer or write your goals. Put a pen to paper & list what you wish to accomplish for the day.

How's your Dental Hygiene? Is it time for your checkup? Remember a whiter, brighter smile is very inviting. There are so many economical teeth whitening systems at your local drug store so there's no excuse not to have pearly whites.

Did you plan what you are going to wear the night before? You will save so much time in the morning when you get dress & can put forth the effort to create just the right ensemble. Instead of waiting to the last minute, which often renders a shabby & not too chic look.

Love the skin you're in by maintaining an AM/PM regimen to keep your skin looking great every day. Exfoliate a few times a week, wear sunscreen everyday (Girl Scout Honor) & please moisturize head to toe.

There's nothing like a woman with soft hands & cut cuticles. Your age shows in your hands so keep them youthful with hand cream & treat yourself to manicures to keep your cuticles smooth and while you're at it. Aim to have head to toe beauty via trimmed toes & pampered feet.

You don't have to have a bad hair day if you keep your hair cut & healthy with deep conditioning treatments. Find a style that is easy to maintain so you can dash out the door & look good at a moment's notice.

If you wish to wear makeup find the right colors that suit you. You can have a polished look in 10 minutes by applying eyeliner, eye shadow, blush, lip gloss & powder for a matte finish. If you have oily skin use blotting paper throughout the day to control the shine.

Your morning should not consist of a fast-break. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Remember you can't have the beauty if you are not well. Antioxidants are the fountain of youth. Take time to put the right foods in, throughout the day, so you look & feel good inside/out.

Exercise slows the aging clock. Do something that you like to do. Most women quit because they started a regimen they didn't like in the first place. If you like to play Tennis then you should be armed with a tennis racket 3 days a week. Doing what you love is the only way you're going to maintain consistency & if you do a little everyday you are optimizing your cardiovascular health.
